Rep. Paul Torkelson was my guest on Sunday Take this week, discussing the changes at the legislature and the dynamics of today’s politics and social media. He announced last week he’s not running again. LISTEN: https://fluence-media.co/4rj5aHw
Tonight, Sen. Warren Limmer announced he’s the latest legislator not running.
There could be more retirements before Tuesday…
On Tuesday the party caucuses will give us the first glimpse of who has momentum statewide in the Republican Governor’s race. It will also give a read on the US Senate race for Republicans as well.
Since announcing, television announcer Michele Tafoya has been somewhat quiet, likely kicking off the fundraising – she won’t be in the Q4 numbers, but we’ll have all of them in tomorrow’s morning take.
We’ll have a full breakdown of the Governor’s race in a MNSider Wednesday night.
